Welcome to NutraMap (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the NutraMap mobile application or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

NutraMap provides tools to help users discover nearby restaurants and view estimated food pricing, nutritional information, and value-based comparisons such as protein-per-dollar or calorie-per-dollar.

All information provided by NutraMap is for informational purposes only.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

Prices, nutritional values, menu items, and availability may vary by location, time, and restaurant. NutraMap does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or real-time correctness of any data displayed.

You should always verify pricing and nutrition directly with the restaurant before making purchasing or dietary decisions.

3. Not Medical or Dietary Advice

NutraMap does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Any macro targets, recommendations, or comparisons are user-defined or algorithmic estimates and should not be considered professional guidance.

Consult a qualified professional before making health or dietary decisions.

4. User Accounts and Data

NutraMap may use Apple CloudKit and third-party services to store user preferences, profiles, and settings. User data may be associated with an anonymous Apple CloudKit identifier rather than a traditional username or email account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device. NutraMap is not responsible for data loss caused by device deletion, app removal, or account resets.

5. Location Services

NutraMap may use your device’s location to show nearby restaurants and improve accuracy. Location sharing is optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings. Some features may be limited without location access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying structure of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or collect data from the Service through automated means, including bots, scripts, or scraping tools
• Attempt to access the Service, its data, or backend systems outside of the intended user-facing interfaces
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure

NutraMap reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service if misuse, abuse, or unauthorized data access is detected.

7. Third-Party Services and Data

NutraMap relies on third-party services for app functionality, including Apple CloudKit for secure data storage and Supabase for backend data processing. NutraMap is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or behavior of third-party services or content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutraMap and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including inaccuracies in pricing, nutrition data, or recommendations.

Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

NutraMap may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
